In accordance with Beta Theta Pi's code of self governance, The Delta Kappa Chapter holds itself to a higher standard of conduct though a system of peer enforcement. The Kai Committee is an elected internal judicial board of representatives. The Committee consists of six voting members elected by majority vote of the chapter and is chaired by the chapter Vice-President.
